Hypnosis – What is it?
Hypnosis is a deep state of relaxation that is experienced by both the mind and the body.
The conscious mind is the part of the mind that is aware of the present moment, including our thoughts, feelings, and sensations.
The unconscious mind is the part of the mind that is outside of conscious awareness. It is a reservoir of thoughts, feelings, memories, and impulses.
You can use hypnosis to tap into the unconscious mind.
Gordon Emmerson wrote in the Foreword to The Art of Hypnotic Regression Therapy:
“ Hypnosis is a level of focus that allows the person experiencing it to become almost completely unaware of the multiple other things that might otherwise flit in and out of mind.”
Rapid Transformational Therapy© aims to help people identify the root cause of an issue and then to overcome it through understanding, allowing people to lead a fuller, happier life. A typical session takes 90 minutes, discovering the root causes, reshaping beliefs that are no longer appropriate, and a transformational recording for each client to take home and listen to.
A therapist displaying an RTT© logo on their web pages will have received personal tuition from Marisa Peer as she is the only person that teaches her innovative approach.
It is the power of your mind that can bring you great benefits. RTT© uses your mind to bring about the changes you desire. Believe in yourself.
